Pulping – In the pulping process, bagasse fiber sheets get mixed with water and chemicals, breaking it down into a slurry to create pulp stock.
Forming (Pulp Molding) -The bagasse pulp stock get molded in tableware plate shape using forming ( Pulp molding machine ). This is the stage where product gets it’s shape according to mold installed in forming machine.
Drying – The process passes the formed products through a heated drying section to remove moisture, which results in a sturdy and solid structure.
Trimming and Finishing – To ensure smooth edges and consistent sizing, someone trims the dried tableware, and then conducts a final inspection for quality control.
